Do Singaporean guys carry Umbrella?

It had been raining for the past few day... And umbrella is like a "MUST BRING" everytime you step out of your house.

On a few occasion, I went out with my friend and it was rainning... I didn't have any umbrella with me. Guess what? My guy friends took out umbrella from their bag...

I was rather surprised that nowaday guys bring umbrella around. I used to think guys like to "ACT COOL" in front of lady and walk in the rain without umbrella... Correct me if I am wrong.

I posted this picture on my facebook with caption "Rain rain rain! Do u guys bring umbrella everyday everywhere u go?"

Guess what was the response?
Most of them actually bring umbrella out and my friend, Joan said "hahaha guys bringing umbrella is the new in thing now".

And Bernard said " is a very common thing liao lor!!!... just like guys carry their gfs/mistress/wives bags..." I actually disagree to his statement. I think guys shouldn't carry handbag for girl unless the handbag is heavy. It is so weird when the handbag are designed for gal and end up becoming an accessories for their boyfriend. Haha....

I think I should start bringing umbrella anyway...

    we carry so many electronics gadgets nowadays.. the last thing we want, is those gadget to get wet. and I ever encounter a time when i go out with my gf and it suddenly rain, i took out an umbrella and we share it. my gf said it feels good when her man is always ready for any kind of situation... (in this case, rain)
