UJONG at Raffles is a new restaurant owned by Caerus Holding Pte Ltd and helmed by Executive Chef Shen Tan. Executive Chef Shen Tan is no stranger to local food scene and his unique interpretions of popular Singaporean dishes are revealed afresh at UJONG.

A homage to the dishes enjoyed by Singaporeans since the early days. UJONG offers the best of melting the old with the new.

Your Singapore's favourite food is now given a slick update through Check Shen's carefully-curated creations while the quaint interior of the restaurant that resembles coffee house of the past, will sort of bring you back to the Nyonya-Peranakan era.






Yusheng Salmon Ceviche and Salad $25.90
Salmon Sashimi dressed in Chef Shen's signature lime and plum sauce served with fresh cucumber, coriander leaves, lettuce and carrots.

 Softshell Chilli Crab with Deep Fried Mantous $25.90
Singapore's favorite crab dish reinterpreted by Chef Shen. Softshell crab is deep fried in a delicate tempura batter. There are also deep fried sweet crispy mantous for you to go with the special chill sauce.

One of Singaporean all time favorite- Nasi Lemak is also available at UJONG!

Ba Chor Mee Pasta S$25.90
The Wok & Barrel's signature 5 Spice Pork (Pork Confit) paired with silken handmade tagliatelle that is tossed in spicy piquant sauce reminiscent of local favorite, Bak Chor Mee.

Fish Curry Pasta S$25.90
The Fish Lasksa Pasta is both lemak and tangy with assam notes in the rich curry laksa sauce that smoothers lasksa beehoon and poached fish, cucumber and tomatoes.


 Hae Bee Hiam Mentaiko Capellini S$25.90
Mentaiko pasta is  given local flavour with the simple condiment chilli fried dried prawns and crispy lardons. Drizzled with a garlicky prawn infused butter and lard.

Claypot Rice with Five Spice Pork S$23.90
Claypot rice cooked with salt fish, goose liver sausage and Chinese sausage is dressed with lard, artisanal seasame oil and soy sauce, topped with your choice of duck cha siew or five spice pork.

Puloh Hitam Pudding with Gula Melaka Butterscotch served with Coconut Ice Cream S$15.90  Chef’s Shen take on the Sticky Date Pudding made with Asian Black Glutinous Rice, drenched in Gula Melaka Palm Sugar butterscotch.
