Pan fried goose liver on Mantou
Accompanied by crisp lettuce and sweet Lychee sauce
Lobster bisque with brandy cream.
Served with lobster meat and croutons. Love this bisque! Very flavourful!
Tom yum kung
Served with prawns, Thai herbs and straw Mushroom. The prawns are fresh and succulent!
Grilled porterhouse steak
Served with fresh fries, arugula salad with classic beef jus.
Grilled Kurobuta pork chop
served with gratin potato, shiitake mushroom, seasonal vegetables and grated apple sauce.
Grilled Australian lamb rack with sweet mint sauce
served with grilled polenta and served vegetable.
Phat kaphrao moo sab
Stir fries mince pork with Thai basil served with fragrant jasmine rice and topped with fried egg. This is one of my favourite hearty meal!
Bbq seafood platter
Half lobster, scallop prawn, muscle, fish, butter rice served with garlic with mayo or black pepper sauce. Cannot decide on what seafood to have, this will be a good option!
Baked with hollandaise sauce and serve with butter rice.
2 scoop of Cherry ice cream with fresh creamy and topped with fresh blackberry, Raspberry and blackberry. Best to have this on a hot weather!
