Don Don Donki Opens new outlet in 100AM Mall

Fluffy, fruity and colorful Japanese cotton candy now available at Don Don Donki 100AM, new ‘Japan Mobile Foods’ corner! So pretty and instagram-worthy!

Japanese discount store Don Don Donki will be opening its second store in the heart of Singapore’s Central Business District (CBD), in 100AM Mall,located along Tras Street. Unique to the 100AM store is the new ‘Japan Mobile Foods’ corner dedicated to food items that cater to the busy office crowd in the CBD, who are constantly working even while on the go.

Boasting 1,186 square metres, the outlet occupies the second and third levels.

The 3rd Floor

At the 3rd floor, you can find all the food stuff, from fresh produce such as vegetables, cooked food and the non perishables like sauces and cup noodles, including the ‘Japan Mobile Foods’ corner.

The 2nd level

And on the second floor, you can find beauty and health products, including the range of other food items like their snacks and drinks. The alcohol section is also located on the second level.

The brand hopes to establish itself as the go-to convenience store for customers who live or work in the area.

Japan Mobile Foods Concept

The ‘Japan Mobile Foods’ (Only available at 100AM currently) features takeaway food items that consumers can eat with just one hand, since they need the other to reply emails or take calls with while on the run.

Some of the food items include:

1) Yakiimo–Piping hot baked Japanese sweet potato

2) Yakitomorokoshi –Japanese-stylegrilled sweetcorn (soy sauce)

3) Takosen–Octopus Takoyaki sandwiched between Japanese cracker

4) Watagashi –Fluffy, fruity and colorful Japanese cotton candy

5) Gelato–Rich and creamy ice cream made from pure Hokkaido milk

6) Coffee–Original blend coffee that can be enjoyed as black or with Hokkaido milk

7) Fruit Juice–100% fresh fruit juice with no sugar added*
