Through statistics from our GET SINGAPORE web portal, we saw interest for Singapore brands and their merchandise grow to over 100 countries in the past year. People are impressed by the variety, creativity and quality of these brands and merchandise, which are conceived and developed in Singapore. As such, we are earmarking our third year with a foray into e-commerce, leveraging the online platform to bring Singapore brands straight into the hands of both local and international shoppers.”

In 2010, GET SINGAPORE ran a social media campaign during Christmas, with GET GIVING, a Facebook gifting application that saw almost 30,000 gifts exchanged virtually. It also re-launched its official website, to provide a better browsing experience and more information about Singapore brands. The revamped site saw monthly visitors and traffic more than triple.
