Showcasing these much loved gems of the ocean from France, U.S., Canada, Australia and New Zealand, each variety is carefully handpicked to enthral even the most sophisticated palate. Choose to have it au natural and taste the flavours of the ocean or have them with a light dash of 5 homemade condiments including mango salsa and ebiko.

The popular cold seafood on ice on the line includes Boston lobster, Alaskan King Crab and Queen Roe Scallops, freshly sliced air-flown sashimi, in addition to a ‘live’ carving station.


Meat lovers will savour premium USDA certified 1855 Black Angus Beef carved and grilled à la minute at our ‘live’ buffet station, to your preference. With superior marbling and superb flavour, this is a meaty treat not to be missed.

1) During your entire time of Mr World Singapore 2022 from the time you auditioned till you won the title, tell us - what was the most overwhelming moment for you? To be honest, it was when i saw my friend Stanley give the most touching proposal on coronation night. It really made me tear up seeing how emotional he got while on his knee 2) What was the prep process like? The prep process was pretty vigorous nearing towards the end, as there were many events to go for and practices to attend. Though vigorous, I felt that they were all enjoyable with the class of 2022 around. 3) Are there any nervous moments and stress factors during the competition and how did you deal with it? Yes definitely, Im always nervous whenever there is a Q&A segment as im afraid I’ll freeze up on stage or not be able to give a satisfactory answer.
