Dazzling Café in Singapore Official Launch at Capitol Piazza

Famed Taiwanese Brand, Dazzling Cafe have just celebrated their Grand Opening at their first flagship store, Capitol Piazza on June 6 2015, Saturday.

Hosted by Executive Director of Dazzling Cafe Singapore Ms Serene Tan and Co-Founder of Dazzling Group Ms Janet Yang, the grand opening party was attended by prestigious VIP guests, and celebrities like Taiwanese star, Aaron Yan (炎亞綸) and Singapore local celebrity, Julie Tan (陈欣淇).

A live demonstration of the preparation of Shibuya Style Mango & Coconut Honey Toast, and Hazelnut Chocolate Honey Toast was carried out on stage. The sight of melting icecream and chocolate sauce together was enough to make anyone crave for it!

We were told that the Mango & Coconut Honey Toast is their 3^rd generation Honey Toast, which is exclusive just for Singapore. With many tasting and experimenting sessions before coming up with a dish, their aim in creating savoury, fine-quality Honey Toasts were evident.

The price of desserts at Dazzling Cafe ranges from $16.90 to $19.90.

Guests are then invited to the café for delicious bite-sized honey toasts and some drinks. Their mixologist’s signature Snowy Rose cocktail tasted like a slice of strawberry cheesecake and became a personal favourite. It was love at first sip.

To celebrate the Grand Opening, the newly launched brunch menu, second floor alfresco dining and champagne bar have officially open that night.
