Ubud Art Market

I love the Ubud Art Market! The locals referred this place as 'Pasar Seni Ubud'.
This is located opposite the the Puri Saren Royal Ubud Palace and is open daily.

So what can you find here? You can find beautiful silk scarves, handmade woven bags, lightweight shirts, baskets or hats; statues, kites and many other hand-crafted goods and souvenirs. Most of the goods found at the Ubud Market are made by the locals from neighbouring villages of Pengosekan, Tegallalang, Payangan and Peliatan.

If you have watched Hollywood movie' Eat Pray Love', there was a scene where actress Julia Roberts strolling through the stalls at Ubud Art Market (Picture above).

And here is a photo of me and my friends at Ubud Market!!!
