This stir fried garlic chives with shimeji is a perfect example.

Sweet and sour pork is one of my favourite pork dishes and this one with ice is interesting!

It's crisp on the outside, and juicy & flavourful inside. Have fun digging the meat from the ice!

Crispy crust and silky interior

Deep Fried Marble Goby in Homemade Thai Sauce (market price)

The sauce was tangy and slightly spicy.

Fine texture and tasty white flesh.

Salted Egg Pork Ribs ($15/$20/$30)

Meat lovers will definitely love this tasty and tender pork ribs!

Braised Beehoon Crab (market price)

This dish is cook with black pepper sauce. The beehoon is silky soft and extremely flavorful!

Creamy Butter Crab (market price)

This crab is explosively flavourful and creamy!

Don't forget to order fried mantou to dip!

The milky soup base tasted rich, sweet and aromatic!

Chilli Crab (market price)

This is my all time favorite! The sauce is eggy, sweet and savory!
