What is Boxercise???
Boxercise is a fantastically fun exercise class based on boxing training principles. It is a highly effective type of cross-training.


Ok spotted me? Ya that's me having some punch! Good way of destressing myself too!!!

A total body and cardiovascular workout, it requires hand-eye coordination together with equilibrium and timing.

It is a pad focused workout, creating a highly effective fitness class suitable for literally everybody.

Regular workouts helps tone the abdomen and upper body, thus enhancing the physique. Participants will learn basic movement such as jabs, punches, hooks and uppercuts, blogcking techniques, simple kicks and footwork.

Boxercise is suitable for all ages groups, males and females and from the experienced boxer to someone who has never thrown a punch in their life, its open to all and everyone is welcome to my class.

Thanks Instructor Rachel for her teaching! She is a great instructor!!!
I really enjoyed the 1 hour session with her. I had a great workout and seriously wanting to tone up more with Boxercise!
