Pork Parcels - $27
This dish is very interesting! It consist of pork loin and sauteed mushrooms, all wrapped up with bacon. Try having it with their specially made apple sauce!
 
You may want to pair this with  Reichsgraf Von Kessekstatt "RK" Riesling 2014 (Mosel, Germany).
 
Tarte Flambee - $20
It tasted like thin-crust pizza with cream, egg, cheese, onion and bacon!
 
 
Salmon-En-Croute - $32
This is really very delicious! Highly recommended to give it a try!
You can go with Bodegas Lealtanza Crianz 2011 (Rioja, Spain)
 for this dish!
