Ms Carole Muriel Smith, the trainer teaching us the steps for the eye massage.
The trainer tell us to use only our middle finger while doing the massage.
This is because the force is lighter.

Follow the steps below after you apply the eye cream/ gel for a eye massage:

Thanks the trainer, Carole Muriel Smith for the workshop!
It was sure an eye opening experience for me.
I have learnt something new today and will continue to do some eye massage at home.

Below are ome of the other things which the trainer also taught us.

She mentioned that we can actually make eye mask ourselves at home.

INTERVIEW WITH MR WORLD SINGAPORE 2022 (SENIOR): S3 UMAR ABDUL HAMID

Personally, as the grand final day drew nearer, and diet and water had to be stricter, it was hard trying to keep up with the nutrition portion as well as the rest and recovery portion. From the auditions all the way to the Grand Finals, i knew i had to step up as prior to the audition, i let myself go quite abit because of the fact that i was juggling between work and handling my 3 children. But i guess after the audition. i made a clear intent to give 100% to get ready for the grand finals and since then, i made more conscious de...

You probably know LUMOS for their projectors, but they’ve recently launched a tablet that caught my attention. Spoiler: For the price, it actually delivers. Here’s my personal take after using it for a couple of weeks — plus the specs you’ll want to know. ⸻ First Impressions Unboxing the LUMOS Tablet felt like a good start.
