The Winner of the PK competition- Guinness Live

Hi everyone, it was sad to say that the 54 nights of PK competition- Guinness Live have come to an end last Thursday (2 March 2012). How many of you missed Guinness Live like me?

You have supported 12 up & coming singers become better stage artistes with every show under the mentorship of stage veterans. Hope everyone had enjoyed watching Guinness Live!!!

So from score from every show and online voting, the winning team had emerged!!! Congratulations to the winners, Team Firefly! Alfred, Howie, Si Ling & Willis will perform live with 动力火车 on the stage of Dragonfly on 17 Mar! They will also soon release a song written by 黄韵仁 and 小寒!

From this competition, I find that there is something more value in this competition. I believe every contestants learnt something from the mentors and also the comments from the judges. I see improvement in each contestant every time.

Yongwei for instance is not a stage singer or a Chinese songs singer. But in this competition, I can see he put in effort and time in memorising the lyrics. And through the many time stage performing opportunities, he had overcomed the stage fright.

So I'm really happy that Guinness had offered this platform to young singapore talents to showcase their talents.

Looking forward for the BIG BLAST FINALE concert on March 17.

动力火车,刘力扬, the Guinness Live! gang will be there too!!! So set your date free and be there to get HIGH!!!

Guinness Live!

Stay tuned for more details on Guinness Facebook Page here how you can catch all 12 contestants perform again at a Finale Concert on 17 Mar, featuring special guests 动力火车 and 刘力扬!

From the auditions all the way to the Grand Finals, i knew i had to step up as prior to the audition, i let myself go quite abit because of the fact that i was juggling between work and handling my 3 children. But i guess after the audition. i made a clear intent to give 100% to get ready for the grand finals and since then, i made more conscious de...

The prep process was pretty vigorous nearing towards the end, as there were many events to go for and practices to attend. Yes definitely, Im always nervous whenever there is a Q&A segment as im afraid I’ll freeze up on stage or not be able to give a satisfactory answer.
